Green Lake Village

Green Lake Village is a mixed-use multi-family building, with  apartments, restaurants, and retail spaces including PCC Natural Market. The project was constructed on the original Vitamilk Dairy property, which had occupied the site for 60 years. The village consists of three buildings over a common podium with two levels of below grade parking. The apartment buildings are type V wood construction, and the podium and parking levels are type I concrete construction using post-tensioned slabs and mild steel slabs at the retail levels for increased flexibility. A pedestrian mews leads to an open plaza between the buildings, with an interactive water feature and seating areas, while a roof top deck provides panoramic views of Green Lake.
