Mercer Court Apartments

Mercer Court is a student housing complex located at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Designed with Ankrom Moisan architects, the building features a combination of five stories of type V wood framing constructed above a three-story concrete base, partially below grade. 

Project Specs:  552,000 square feet of residential space in 237 units, 340 parking stalls in 123,566 square feet of garage space, LEED Silver, completed 2013
