the shea

The Shea is a 4-story above-grade mixed-use building located in Seattle, Washington. Amenities include an at-grade courtyard and rooftop deck area. It was built using 3 stories of type V-A wood framing over a 1-story type I-A concrete base with partial below grade parking. This building was designed to integrate with existing neighboring properties for accessibility. Future expansion into neighboring properties through basement concrete wall was also taken into account.
