Twenty20 MAD Apartments is an 8-story mixed-use building located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, Washington. The property includes residential space, live-work units, commercial space, and parking. It was built using 5 stories of type V wood framing over a 3-story type I partially below-grade concrete base.
